Some translations render: 'those things which are most surely/fully believed', but this is not the case. the word peplhroforhmenwn  reflects an action carried/borne out (forh) to the full (plhro). Also, the subject of this verb is 'acts/deeds' (pragmatwn)-(the word pragmatic has the same stem) from the verb 'to do/practice'. 

So what has been carried out to the full are not some beliefs, nor some things, but some actions, practices. Those acts are not a matter of belief, but a matter of fact, having been fully carried out, accomplished.

Master's messenger

Because of the formation of the genitive case, it is argued that this could be rendered either 'a messenger of Master' or 'the messenger of Master'. To not enter into this argument, it has been rendered 'Master's messenger' in keeping with the genitive rule applied almost throughout this translation. See verse 19: the name of the angel was Gabri'el (Man of God).

Literally, the act of coming to see; the act itself, not of seeing the angel (although implied), but of seeing the vision. Hence 'catching the sight'.
